WEEK 1: Baseline Assessment and Goal Setting
In the first week, a thorough baseline assessment of your current fitness level will be conducted to understand your strengths and areas for improvement. You’ll work with our experienced trainers to set personalized goals for the program, tailored to meet the CPAT requirements.
WEEK 2-3: Building Core Strength and Endurance
Focus on developing a solid foundation of core strength and muscular endurance through a variety of functional exercises and bodyweight training. Training sessions will include activities such as stair climbing, hose dragging, and equipment lifting which are CPAT-specific tasks.
WEEK 4-5: Cardiovascular Conditioning
Emphasis on cardiovascular fitness through high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and aerobic exercises. Workouts will focus on the physical demands of the CPAT, including ladder raises, forcible entry, and victim rescue drills.
WEEK 6: Test Prep and Final Assessment
In the last week, we perform timed practices of the CPAT course to familiarize you with the actual test environment and optimize your performance under pressure. A final assessment will be conducted to measure your progress and ensure you are well-prepared to complete the CPAT successfully.
